Update 2/23/21: Well I liked the kettle until it rusted inside. and part of the black trim on the outside has peeled off. Now it's garbage. I chose another brand (Willsence) as a replacement as COSORI is of dubious quality. one. It has a beautiful design and good functionality. So far no complaints after only one week of use. The water heats up as indicated (3-5min). The buttons are not real buttons, but are similar to "touchscreen" buttons.
