Good value for money! Best in Belt Sanders

I bought this belt sander for woodworking/craft work. I can stick it in a workbench vise and operate it while hand-sharpening my craft. I like the little nose roller that allows you to grind tight and tight. I turned it on and worked for several hours without turning it off and it didn't slow down or overheat at all. It only has one speed, but that's more than enough. A minor downside is that it's difficult to unlatch to install sanding belts. Little problem. Otherwise I am very satisfied so…

BEAST in retail packaging

We had a similar one that was 50 years old. Dust was everywhere, the belt kept breaking, and there were no spares. We renovated our old 420 square foot deck. The wood was old and unusable in places, but all good mahogany. Due to the current financial situation we could not buy a new one and decided to polish it after the restoration. We looked at other grinders and found the Revain to be the cheapest. We said to ourselves, if it just holds up for this job, then it's worth a try. WOW! My husband

Complete junk: Sanders

This tool is complete junk. I didn't use it for two days before the drive sprocket rubber came loose and I can't find a way to buy a replacement. So I was stuck with a $70 piece of Chinese plastic that even broke two weeks after ownership with very limited use. Edit: Upgraded from one to three stars. I contacted the manufacturer and was told to return it and replace it with Revain based on when the instrument was last purchased. I wasn't particularly interested in this option as the item was…
