This was a great addition to my handyman vacuum. The 2 inch hose was useless without it. Has a very well made adjustable vent to drain the suction part and tightness when closed. The handle is very comfortable in the hand. The only downside also applies to Craftsman hoses and extensions. : no locking strut to prevent all parts from coming loose during use The vent has helped reduce the incidence of hoses coming loose, but you may think you've thought of that.

Almost looks like a Rockler for double the price Basically that's why I bought it and because it had the Craftsman name on it I bought it. I actually have a sliding port right on the thumb area so you can control the suction. When I attach the floor nozzle, my vacuum cleaner sucks too much and sticks to the floor. I like this product because of the angled handle. Its use relieves hand strain during prolonged use. I have found that I now vacuum the floors instead of sweeping. I would give it 5 stars but I don't like the hole to adjust the amount of vacuum. Even with it closed it still drips a little, not much but I can hear it and it's a bit annoying. I'm sure it was worth it when you needed a hole when something got stuck and wanted to free it without turning off the vacuum. Otherwise this is a good…

I like this thing. This adds even more value to my wet/dry vacuum which I use as my hh. I like going from carpet to floor without losing suction, so I use a Monster. I also have a big family. I was annoyed by the lack of product instructions, but it's actually common sense. I got this area done so quickly that those extra couple of inches + pen kinda changes the game. I'm trying to get better at writing reviews so I'll start with that - please buy and save your back and hassle from the machine.

My vacuum hose kept falling out of the handle. After this happened 4-5 times I taped my hose to tighten the fit and it worked. until I unplugged it to use another mount and the tubing didn't fit on anything else while the tape was on. I had to peel off the tape. A few days later I went back to the handle and was annoyed that the handle fell off the hose again.
