It’s legit. for my opinion

I have a corded impact from a sibling brand under the same parent company. I was looking to get something of comparable capability that didn’t require me to be tethered to an outlet. This impact gets it done. Seems well built. I haven’t owned it long, but my hope is that it will last me a good while.

Pros
  • Love this thing. Has as much torque as my corded impact. Cordless is the way to go now.
Cons
  • May not fit into all types of toolboxes

Gift for the hubby.

He loved it. It's what he asked for. He's in a maintenance career field and he swears by Craftsmen. This item did not include a battery.

Pros
  • Is good one 🙏🏻☺️
Cons
  • May cause fatigue when used for extended periods of time

Slow and not very strong

Used for the first time to remove lug nuts wasn’t able to remove several lug nuts that was easily removed by hand. Also very slow rpm.

Pros
  • Nice product, easy to use and time saving
Cons
  • May be too expensive for some users on a tight budget

Watch the battery fit

Very robust, easy operation. Just be aware, not all of the 20v Craftsman or Black&Decker batteries will work. It requires the CMCB204 series, so I ended up with just another battery and charger on a separate order. I have been trying to minimize the number and different types of batteries I have, this just added another to the collection. The tool worked fine, warning, just by it all in a kit and save yourself some grief.

Pros
  • Value for the money, performance. Very good and versatile tool
Cons
  • May have a short lifespan compared to some other cordless impact wrenches on the market

What A Jewel on my review.

I bought this to tear down a fertilizer silo in an area where we didn't want to drag air hoses or extension cords. I was very pleasantly surprised at the torque it put up and the time we got from the battery.

Pros
  • Plenty of power and not as pricey as snap on
Cons
  • May not be suitable for professional use due to its limitations

Can't go wrong with a Craftsman.

After trying various brands that claimed to be tough and powerful, in the end, this Craftsman V20 Impact wrench was the only tool that outperformed all the others. Although the Porter Cable was a good runner up, the Crastman beat it by having a better bundle kit. And plus, Crafstman tools have always been a favorite of mine. This powerful machine has little trouble taking the wheel bolts off my BMW. Thanks ebay for letting me try and return so many impact wrenches so I could find the one that…

Pros
  • Ease of use compared to dragging air hoses around.
Cons
  • May be too loud for some users

Not very powerful best in my review

Showed on the ad for craftsman impact taking off tires off a truck does not work will not take lugs off the rim not enough power

Pros
  • Great value. Appreciate the portability and definitely a time saver on DIY jobs.
Cons
  • Only comes with a 12-piece deep impact socket set, may need additional sockets for different jobs

Needs Variable Torque

In comparison with the Milwaukee and Dewalt counterparts, this is very heavy and can be on the lower end of torque. Those other brands are quite a bit more expensive though so you get what you pay for.The biggest complaint that I didn't let me give if 5 stars is that there is no way to vary the torque or speed which is a feature that is available on many other brands.

Pros
  • I use it for automotive on a daily basis. Works great
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in damp or wet conditions
