Description of Optimized Silicone Heater for Creality Printers

This Comgrow hotend sock will greatly help to stabalize the temperature of the hotend regardless of the surrounding environment temperatures. Hotend Socks can be used to quickly heat the hotend to a desired temperature as the structure of the silicone inside the sock prevents heat from escaping quickly. This is a great replacement for the easily worn and torn kapton tape and heat resistant cotton that come with any 3D printers. This silicone sock is much more durable and functional when compared to typical stock soloutions for hotend insulation. With this sock you can safely print more exotic materials such as PETG at higher temperatures while also using the cooling fans at full speed. Actively keeping the hotend very hot and cooling the PETG much quicker before it is laid onto the hotbed can help with success rates on more prints. Any accessories in our store have been extensively tested on all Comgrow brand products.

Successful replacement of CR10 Mini

It does what it promises. Fits my CR10 Mini with original components. Fits perfectly. The original sock began to tear and the melted thread continued to flow into the sock. Was replaced with these socks. Fits tight, no problem. The first seal failed, but it was a bed unlined. BUT, the thread does not crumble around or in the sock! Then reprinted and contimto print some objects. Everything came out the same as before the old sock failed. Hence 5 stars from me. I recommend it.

Don't stay at the hotend!

I found that the original one that came with my Ender 3 Pro (1.5) had a crack when I changed the nozzle. I made sure the sock was inserted into the fuser, but after a few prints the sock came loose and ruined my prints. This happened several times. Now I walk without socks. It looks like Creality doesn't offer OEM replacements for some parts (including the magnetic bed). I wish they had because I would pay more for a good quality item than junk.

Definitely an upgrade of the standard sleeve and a good replacement for the old

I bought this to replace a silicone case that I ripped while replacing the nozzle on my Ender 3. I wanted to replace them asap to make sure the heater block wouldn't deform the bullseye cooling channel I installed. to my print head. The air duct was printed in ABS but I was still concerned about warping. But I didn't really feel like I needed four of these, so I was hesitant to order some at first. When I received and fitted the new sleeve, I immediately noticed how much tighter and much more…
