Description of 🩴 Cressi Kids Short Sleeve Neoprene Swimsuit (1.5mm) | Boys and Girls Aged 2-10 | Designed in Italy

One-piece swimsuit for little children ideal for any kind of water activity. It is a must-have for the swimming pool or to go snorkeling in the sea. The sides, the collar, and the sleeves are made of Elastane, an elastic fabric that works like a second skin, protecting against the harmful sun ray (UVA - UVB) and jellyfishes. The front and the back part are made of 1. 5 mm Neoprene to ensure warmth and to offer an extra protection against cold, perfect in case of prolonged water exposure or in windy days. The front zip (made of the quality YKK) makes easy the donning and doffing. Ideal for kids between 2 and 10 years old. See size chart. The Swimsuit is designed for kids between 2 to 10 years old, refer to the size chart to get approximately the most suitable size for the child. The product is like a second skin, it is normal to feel it tight when worn. The Kids Swimsuit is designed in Italy by Cressi and made in China. Cressi has been a brand pioneer in Scuba Diving, Snorkeling, and Swimming equipment since 1946.

Big wetsuit leg openings

Pretty pink color but a few cons: - Front zip doesn't fit well, especially for a toddler - Leg openings are too big, let water through/release which doesn't serve the purpose. My little one is tall and skinny so this suit doesn't give her warmth with the water rushing in and out through the leg holes. Although the entire shoulder/arm area on this suit is nylon rather than neoprene, I assume that's where you lose body heat as well. This is good in a way though as it allows more flexibility in…

Great wetsuit and fits well

Based on previous reviews that the size really didn't fit I ordered sizes M, L and XL with short sleeve pink and long sleeve black/pink wetsuit to try. for my daughter. (She is 4 years old, fits 4-5 year olds, weighs 36 pounds and is 40 inches tall. Based on the size chart she is definitely in the M category.) Chart (Not sure if the chart has been corrected after reviews in previous years .) We ended up with the short-sleeved suit M. The wrist holes in the long-sleeved suit are very small. to…

  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Only available in white

I ordered the small one in black/orange with short sleeves and it fits my son perfectly. He is 13 months old and has been wearing clothes and 2T for 24 months, where we usually have to roll up our pants 1-2 times in 2T. A bit tricky getting shoulders on and off if I'm not cooperating, but my own wetsuit is the same style. The zipper under the neck seems to bother him a bit. Can be improved by adding one of those zippered lids that snap to close at the top. I would also like to see a zipper in…

Small but decent pool wetsuit due to the thin neoprene but great price

Fits perfectly in every way but runs small so won't fit him after this summer. My toddler is 6 years old, this size "X-Large 6-8” is long on the small side of the body, he is stretched to the maximum and his legs go up which causes him to wedge a lot. My child is about 79% tall for his age. The neoprene portion is thinner than what we are used to from O'Neill youth wetsuits/spring suits. and the arm and shoulder area is not neoprene on this Cressi wetsuit - it's more important to me to keep the

Extra layer of heat at no extra cost

Exactly what I expected. I bought this for my 22 month old son to keep him warm during swimming lessons. It's not a heavy suit, but the shoulders/sleeves/back are Lycra, not neoprene. He's still a bit cold but it's a thin and mixed material so I expected that. Next time we will use it as a bottom layer under a regular swimsuit and rashguard. For $22, it meets my expectations. If I wanted super warmth I would look for something more expensive, thicker neoprene (3mm or so from what I remember…

More Lycra than advertised.

I give 3 stars because we haven't had a chance to test it in the water yet (I will update after our trip) but I was very concerned about this wetsuit, so I wanted to give a review right away hand over. First the smell. So terrible. Like incredibly harsh chemicals. I don't know if this is specific to wetsuits as this is our first purchase but even washing in the washing machine couldn't get rid of the smell. I hope this will pass soon as my daughter is extremely sensitive to smells and wanted to

Dimensions do not match what most other reviewers say

After reading reviews of 3 pieces I ordered anyway and decided on two sons thinking I had cracked the code. I wish I had. All reviews (in my opinion) indicate their child's weight and height, blah blah. I'll tell you this, and this is a simple sizing suggestion: Take your child's age. Clear? Multiply it by 2 (yes, 2) and order that size from the size chart. If your child is very small for their age, maybe 1.5 times, but no less. So now I'm going to go into detail about my kids - I've ordered…
