the first one didn't fit at all and I sent it back exactly the same for another one. Now, 8 months later, the CD player is not working again. I want my money back for this but after 8 months I doubt it will happen but I will try. I would definitely not buy this product again.

Ordered this for my dad's 9th birthday. Loved the retro style and so did he. Unfortunately "retro" did not apply to the quality. After 21 days of use, the display required for all device functions stopped working. What an embarrassment for such an important birthday present, especially considering the price of the device. I would NOT recommend this CD player. I'll go to Wally World and replace it with a Sony player.

I was so excited to see this Revain Retro Alarm Clock/Radio/CD Player. I like old fashioned things and when I was a kid we had a radio like this on the kitchen table. THIS radio lasted 50 years and had amazing sound for such a small unit. THIS radio is just a cheap plastic box with the cheapest components inside. I'm ashamed to think I paid $79 for it. I bought this unit to replace an old TEAC unit of a similar style (see photo). I kept TEAC on my bookshelf long after my CD player stopped working, simply because I liked the look of it. As soon as the top door wouldn't stay closed, I had to replace it. The Crosley block basically looks the same. The addition of Bluetooth connectivity is a nice upgrade so I can stream content from my smartphone. I love listening to BBC3 while I read. The sound quality is decent, maybe not as deep as the TEAC.
