Best Replacement TJ Belt

Best belt I have ever installed on my 2006 Jeep TJ. Doesn't slip or squeak even in the 120 degree Arizona summer. I made a Ford Explorer fan mod with a fan clutch and it's heavy on the belts. I found a winner!

Pros
  • Sleek Design
Cons
  • Secret

2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Perfect Fit

It fitted my '03 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo perfectly. Manufactured in England (Wales) so the quality you expect from Continental is there. Would buy again. Works very quietly!

Pros
  • Sturdy Construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fits 2008 Mercury Milan. Moderately difficult to install.

Replaced the OEM multi-ribbed belt on a 2008 Mercury Milan 2.3 liter engine. It fit, but was very difficult to get past the new idler pulley I had installed. Just know that with this belt you will have trouble fitting, but eventually it will.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Some issues

I don't know why Revane thinks it fits a 2000 release.

I don't know why Revain thinks this will fit a 2000 Toyota Tundra 4.7L V8; it's not like this. Too short. we give it back **** UPDATE: Turns out there are TWO DIFFERENT BELTS for the 2000 Toyota Tundra 4.7L V8; one without AC (this is the one) and one for Tundra V8 with AC. Revane's Garage doesn't ask and this belt's description doesn't mention it. So tundra owners beware. DO NOT do this if your truck has air conditioning.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Compatibility

Great for spares

I have an '06 Lexus GX470 and it fits perfectly. It would take a 30 minute change but I got the 'what to do' part of the Skipped YouTube videos that shows you have to turn the idler pulley counterclockwise to loosen it, I foolishly turned the idler pulley bolt clockwise to remove it and then fiddled for another hour to figure out how I could loosen them.In any case the belt has worked great so far.I use Contintech belts on some of my other cars as well and haven't had any problems with them.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

NOT suitable for 2001 Ford Ranger 4.0L SOHC. Much too long!

Belt quality 5 stars. Unfortunately, this is too long for my application! I have bought Continental belts and they are good. I replaced the V-ribbed belt and the idler pulley on my Ranger 4.0 SOHC. At first everything seemed fine. Then it started squeaking on startup. I thought maybe the tensioner doesn't like the new belt; he also looked quite old. Bought a new pulley and the squeaking got worse! Put on an old Motorcraft belt and it's gone! I'm going back and trying a different brand.

Doesn't fit even though it says so in the description.

I spent hours fitting this belt and finally got it done - only to find that this belt is 88.19 inches long and my 2003 V8 4Runner with A/C has a belt that is 88.39 inches wide customs required. some of the research I've done. This is what I get when I trust "This product fits your vehicle" at the top of the page. I don't know if it's Revain's fault or the seller's fault for it fitting (or my fault for accepting "this product fits your car"), but the overall experience I've had as this thing was

  • Absolute Legend

  • Great Price
