Cuisinart 630 20 Classic Nonstick Hard Anodized Review

I have cooking pots that I love. I definitely don't like this pan. Warped after 3 months of minimal use. It doesn't get evenly warm either. This will burn pancakes and french toast. Totally dissatisfied with this purchase.

Likes: Material quality, company name. I have purchased many items from Cuisinart but this one has design and material issues. The most noticeable feature is the change in shape/flatness after some time of heating. I'm a bit disappointed.

My husband eats eggs almost every morning! This pan was working great until last week. I haven't had long, but of course that's a past return date! Never heat above medium, never rinse until cool. Nobody used it but me, and yet it buckled in the middle. So now the heat is uneven! I'm on the hunt for the perfect egg pan again!

This pan is NOT suitable for glass hobs. It doesn't sit flat and the handle is too heavy making it lift off the stove. I put the cup under the handle to flatten it, but it's still not very flat. We must find another pan. The non-stick surface was good - I'm sure someone with a gas stove might like it.

I chose brands that I trust because I wanted a quality item that I would use for years. It wasn't. The pan began to warp within the first two uses. I've had it for a while now and at this point there's almost a half inch rise in the top corner and a definite curve in the middle. I have an old Calphalon that is as good as the day I bought it. I'm already buying a replacement for it and it's only been used a dozen times.

This frying pan is just what I need. Perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches, pancakes, and hot dogs with toasted buns. I haven't tried vegetables yet. Very easy to clean. The weight is perfect. I've read reviews that complained about delays. I have not experienced this. However, I find that the best way to heat a pan is to start on medium-high.
