Ridiculous in the kitchen and dining room

The frying pan arrived with a small defect in the non-stick coating. OK, don't give it back. The first mission was great. The second use was great too, but it seemed to sag in the middle. Hm. It was then cooled by constant diagonal deformation. Then a square inch of the non-stick coating in the grease chute came loose. This is a stupid product.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good

Basics and loops - kitchen and food

The egg runs into the ditch! When I heat it up, the middle goes up. It bends, and even when the pan gets hot, it comes out of the deformation. I can toast bread on it, but anything that requires a flat surface is out of the question. Even worse, there's a chute around the perimeter for draining butter, an egg, or other food. If there were no gutter then at least the egg would stay on the flat part. It should be thicker.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

Metal deforms well for woks and skillets

I had a similar Cuisinart nonstick double pan for several years and it was great. I bought this as a replacement when the original's surface was losing smoothness. This model has a groove on the outer edge to catch the fat. Unfortunately, it also absorbs cooking oil, so you can't just use it in this pan. Also, the whole pan started warping after a few months of use. Throw it away and get something stronger.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

We are very happy to have it in our kitchen arsenal.

THIS IS NOT CAST IRON. But this is the only Revain pan that fits our wire racks. Many others report sizes that include handles and therefore don't fit. I see some people complaining about it warping. We've never had this problem. Although I see how it will happen. This appliance is VERY thin compared to a typical cast iron skillet, it's a large flat piece of metal. HEAT LIGHTLY AND EVEN, DO NOT USE A HIGH OUTPUT BURNER. I imagine that if you try to heat this pan too hot or unevenly by putting…

Pros
  • I like everything so far
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

This pan is amazing!

This is definitely my new favorite cookware! This Cuisinart pan is a dream! While not as heavy as cast iron, it's certainly a quality material and construction. The pan is heated evenly, so there are no undercooked parts. It cools down quickly and is easy to clean. I love making breakfast ahead of time. Now I can bake twice as many pancakes in a much shorter time. Today I baked 36 pancakes in less than 30 minutes. It used to take an hour to cook half that amount in a pan. I also cooked some…

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • So-so
