Fur not bad not bad

Decent stainless steel pot set for the average home cook. I only wash them by hand but they scratch easily and already have burn marks and stains. I'm not happy that they don't wash well and I have to call a bartender friend once a week to keep them looking good. I'm not impressed or thrilled, but they heat up well and cook evenly. The set is relatively light but doesn't feel flimsy. I don't like her, but I don't hate her either, and I'm not going to change anytime soon. I used to cook on cast…

High-quality, difficult-to-clean units are engraved into the pots.

I'm getting rid of all the nonstick pots and pans in the kitchen. I ordered this stainless steel set and it works great. Stainless steel may be more difficult to weld. I need to keep the heat down and when I'm frying things. The pan burns the edges very quickly, even if I'm careful. Getting off isn't impossible, but it does require extra time, which I don't get much of. Overall, I'm glad I no longer use nonstick and it's a bit annoying. I've just started using my cast iron for frying and have…

Very good design but food sticks like a magnet

I liked the heat distribution, the weight, the ergonomics, the look and the ease of cooking with them. I've only used pans before and can cook food at a lower temperature but at the same speed as my other pans, which is a sign of good conductivity. on metal and requires considerable cleaning to clean. This is especially true when cooking eggs in a pan. I usually make the eggs with a silicone spatula and keep stirring and stirring to cook them evenly and as soon as the eggs start to harden they…

My parents have a classic all-clad set. I've cooked on her site a million times. I was expecting these pans to be lighter and feel a little cheaper than these, but to be honest I can't tell the difference, at least from memory! You can search for the thickness of the stand kits, maybe the solid kits are thicker? but when I first used them I didn't notice any difference. Season your pans (like cast iron) and heat them up before adding food, and they're super easy to clean. Fit and finish are…

Poor design, not worth the money

I've had these pans for a few months now. To be honest they suck. Here are my reasons for not doing so: 1. Both the lid and handles get very hot on low to medium heat. I have to use a hot stand to cook with them. For the first week I had them I thought they would work like my old pans and when I lifted the lid I burned my fingers. No, my cheap old pans had better lids.2. The handles are very slippery. So if you try to pour the water out or knock the pot over in any way, you'll have to use a…
