worked better than expected. Didn't realize my 2016 Dodge Ram was already gooseneck tuned until I needed it, big surprise. All I needed was this kit and I was ready to go. Fits perfectly, was very easy to use, very trustworthy and secure. I recommend this product and am a security expert.

This does not work with my Andersen 3220 Ultimate clutch and my 2016 Ram 3500. The chain anchors are skewed and the pins also interfere with the clutch. I need to go back and buy a Reese 30140. The Reese system sits straight and leaves enough room for my hitch. Hope this helps someone with an Andersen Ultimate 2 3220 hitch.

Straight Hard Plastic Case can be easily removed. Although I'm not a metallurgist, this product looks good with a good finish. Ball and chain cages can be installed and locked or removed very quickly. The product was received within three days of placing the order (depending on your location, delivery may take less or longer). Made in America!

My RAM had a factory tow kit but no ball and chain anchors. The Curt is smarter than the Dodge OEM kit and better made than some (all metal). As others have pointed out, safety chain anchors are much heavier than necessary or desirable. They didn't fit the safety chain hooks on my 3 horse Trails West gooseneck without cutting the safety clips about 1/8 inch. The B&W turnover ball system is better if you don't already have a factory set.

Bought for use with an Andersen Ultimate fifth wheel and works great. I've towed a 14,300 pound trailer for 8,000 miles with no problems. I also use safety chains with puck attachments. This thing is built like a tank as you would expect which is why I put my family's safety on this product and would not make a purchase based on anything other than safety. The price is also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Bought for a 2017 Ram 3500 truck with gooseneck/fifth wheel option from the factory. You get a good hard case with good latches that stay locked. Inside there is a ball and two anchors of a safety chain. Also included is a rubber plug for the ball hitch hole, but this will likely never be needed due to the factory plastic covers that come with the truck. Everything is solid and high quality. Almost perfect economic setup. problems with your things. As others have mentioned. The ONLY issue after about a dozen uses is the thick security chain hooks. They are very beautiful and durable in appearance. And great to use IF you figure out how to use them. I bought 7/16 slip hooks and the first few times they took about 2 minutes to hook.
