The skewer broke on the first use and damaged my bike.

I would give zero stars for durability if possible. The skewer broke and broke within 30 minutes of my first ride with it. I weigh about 160, the skewer was tightened and the bike installed correctly on the machine. I bought it to replace the one I've had for 2-3 years which is a bit rusty. It didn't last all of the first workout. This caused my bike to fall and now I have a chip in my dropout. 🤬 Do not buy this shampoo.

Fits securely in my Kickr Snap

After falling off the indoor trainer (the bike is fine by the way, in case you're wondering), I decided to buy an indoor-optimized skewer. The rounded shape of this skewer fits securely in my Kickr Snap. I live where it's very shallow where the weight of the skewer isn't a factor, so I dropped my signature (starting with a Z) titanium outdoor skewer (because I'm too lazy to change them). I'm very happy with the purchase and hopefully won't crash on my next Zwift FTP test. ride up!

Traditional skewer with longer shaft. The tapered end cap does not fit properly on the Cycleops trainer and is therefore inadequately supported, causing the inner skewer shaft to bend at the threaded portion. The end cap should be as slightly tapered or barrel shaped as possible and the diameter should be checked to ensure it is fully inserted into the Cycleops Trainer Mount. Otherwise, the skewer shaft will bend, especially if you're a heavier rider or pedaling during interval training. I…
