Great light although easy to steal

Love this light (my other lights are an old Dash 350 so it's not as bright) this is my third - one on each bike and one to match was stolen from my bike when I left my bike unattended for a few minutes while peeking into the store. I can't fault the Cygolite for that though as it's clearly designed to be easy on and off the bike. 4 small LEDs produce great "visible" daylight and last a long time, 63 hours. . The flash of the main light (DayLightning) seems a bit too bright - maybe useful on…

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons

Ideal for day trips

Last summer I started cycling to work once or twice a week. Some of the roads I drive on have a lot of rush hour traffic, and after hitting a few cars coming out of the intersections in front of me, I wanted a headlight that was bright enough in daylight for drivers to see me approaching could distance. I have used this lamp several times and I love it. The light is surprisingly bright, even in daylight. For example, when it's in flash mode ("daytime flash"), I can see light hitting stop signs…

The best helmet lamp I've ever had!

I didn't expect it to be so bright! That's great! I have 2 other lights on the front of my bike (500 lumens each) and just wanted to add some 'extra' to my helmet to see around corners at intersections. I had a "Knog Blinder Arc 1.7" but the problem was that it was too heavy in the front meaning I had the pleasure of an audible "knock" on the top every time I stopped to hear my helmet. After that everything was back to normal but it just got annoying so I ordered it and to say the least I'm…

Compact and versatile

Ideal for daytime visibility and when you get caught in the dark. Does not replace more powerful lights designed for night driving. Small and lightweight, very easy to attach and remove. Among the 8 modes, you're sure to find a mode that suits your conditions. Standard micro USB charging port. It remembers the last used mode when you turn it on. This is the only "rubber band" light I could find that attaches to flat aero bars. However, a small change was needed (see photo). A piece of foam…

Very happy with lights and reflectors

This thing is no joke as a "visible" light. It's BRIGHT and very eye-catching. Pulsating flashes are 3 pulses, not a constant pulse. That way it gets noticed and stays noticed by the drivers you want to see. Anything brighter than 460 and you are bound to blind someone. If you're looking for a real headlamp for night riding, the Dash 600 might be the one for you. It is suitable as a headlamp for illuminating the road at night. This allows you to see the road ahead. But it's not the same as high

Compact headlamp with many functions

This compact bicycle lamp has many functions, but it is not so intuitive to use at first. The online user manual contains very little useful information, and the box contains instructions written on several pages and flaps. The packaging says there are different modes for day and night use, but there are no photos or diagrams of the different modes. I basically sat at home, shone the light into another room, and played with it long enough to guess which mode worked best for me. Here are my pros

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I can't remember, but there was something
