One drawback is the software, which is clearly not intended for English-speaking users. Both cloud software and local versions of Windows could use better localization. I regretted this purchase. Due to the constant frustration of re-shooting bad images, this product does NOT perform as expected. More, yes, I said MORE than half of the images need to be redone because of stretched, cropped, skewed or distorted sides. I have the ET16 Plus (with parking light and foot pedal) and I am VERY SATISFIED! I could live without the side lights and pedal but it's worth the effort to get them for the added benefit.
