Replaced a broken shower handle with this replacement part. Fits perfectly. The design is simple and the cost depends on the material from which the part is made. Overall, it's hard to be disappointed when used as a replacement for Valley shower handles.

Externally the handle looks the same as the one I had to replace. However, it didn't fit - the internal parts weren't the right shape. Upon further investigation, it turned out that the pen I needed was discontinued. I really can't give this part a good review as it just wasn't right for me.

We have moved to a new house and needed to replace worn Eljer handles on the sink, shower and bath (3 spots). We looked at several stores and couldn't find anything with a square mounting stud. This Danco replacement has a square mounting bolt. The handle is the same size as our original Eljer. The exchange went smoothly and now those 3 knobs look way better! Hooray!

It arrived and I installed it straight away. I installed a rounded version of this grip a few months ago when the original broke but was difficult to manipulate. This one is way better. I removed a star as the edges seemed a little sharp, but not sharp enough to be concerned. It was also about $6 cheaper than my local plumbing store with my free Prime shipping. I purchased this item to replace an old similar item that eventually died and broke apart after a few years. I installed a new Danco cartridge which it is intended for. I knew from years of experience that it should be tight not loose, but not tight since it's acrylic after all I suppose.
