Description of πŸ“‘ 2 Pack DAOKI SI4463 HC-12 433MHz Wireless Serial Port Module with Antenna - Upgraded 1000M Range, Bluetooth Alternative

The supply voltage is 3.2V~5.5V. (If the module is to be in the transmitting state for a long time, it is recommended to connect a 1N4007 diode in series when the power supply voltage exceeds 4.5V to avoid the built-in LDO heating of the module). The default communication distance (open field test): about 600m (the communication distance can be adjusted up to 1000m, the air baud rate is 5000bps). Default idle current: 16MA (module operating current is different in different operating modes). Operating frequency range (433.4-473.0MHz, up to 100 communication channels), maximum 100mW transmit power (settable). Default factory setting: working mode FU3, baud rate 9600bps, communication channel CH001 (433.4M).

Faulty antenna ruins connection strength

Based on my experience, this wireless antenna is nowhere near worth its price tag. The connection strength is extremely weak and unstable, causing numerous disruptions and disconnections. The only pro I can find is that it was easy to install, but that hardly makes up for its numerous cons. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable and stable wireless connection.

Pros
  • Easy to install and use
Cons
  • Weak signal strength compared to other Bluetooth antennas on the market

Simple, efficient, flexible and affordable.

I used them to connect a pair of Arduinos that were previously wired together. Works impressively well. And no code changes were required! These devices act like a "wire" that requires no configuration or adding libraries to your code. Works perfectly!

Pros
  • Supply voltage 3.2-5.5 V. (If the module is to be in the transmission state for a long time, it is recommended to connect a 1N4007 diode in series with a supply voltage of more than 4.5 V to prevent heating of the built-in module to avoid LDO module)
Cons
  • Will be added later

Features an SMA adapter but only comes with a spring type antenna.

Excellent delivery. Exactly as described, deliberately bought the HC-12 module and got it exactly like that. Excellent transmission range of 1200 meters.

Pros
  • Standard communication distance (free field test): about 600m (communication distance can be set up to 1000m, air transmission rate is 5000bps).
Cons
  • Updates
