I bought this a month ago and installed it in my daughter's Kia Rio. Since then it has worked flawlessly. The only thing I would caution DIYers about installation is that Kia's engine design makes the relatively trivial task of replacing a starter motor SIGNIFICANT. If an old launcher was available, you could easily install it in 5 or 10 minutes. Best price I could find, even with discounts. I wasn't sure at first whether to buy this as I hadn't heard of the brand BUT Ian is totally happy with this performance and it has worked flawlessly since a simple install.

This starter was bought for 150.00 less. Installed it and it started the car but it made an awfully low noise. I paid full price for one to have it replaced locally. Good thing the core is 30.00 and as the original was scrapped by the car owner the cost got some of my core back.

The starter in my 2004 Hyundai Accent broke down in September 2017. I bought a starter in the Autozone, it deteriorated after 2 months, it was replaced, it deteriorated after a month, it was replaced again. It broke within a week. I checked everything, the flywheel connection is fine. I went to Revain and ordered this in February. No problem, as always. so happy

I purchased this part from an online auto parts store. I thought it was a great price. Then I randomly tested Revain. Same exact part. And even cheaper! Plus fast and free shipping. My mechanic installed it and the car runs perfectly. The mechanic was impressed. And I saved at least $40. I hope this helps others to buy with confidence - we can all use the money saved!
