It proved difficult to keep it in place when tightened and then ended up not centered on the brackets so I added 2 more " J" screws and 2 added 2 pieces of third-party tape to hold the brackets in place while the J-bolts are tightened.

Love this tool box set for my new truck. I wish they had come with 2 screws on each side instead of just one. Otherwise I will order dusters for each side to keep the toolbox in place.

The aluminum rail included in this kit is surprisingly strong! Aluminum isn't just an AC duct, it's thick and reinforced. This supports both the tool box and the truck rail so the rail does not bend. My tool box used smaller screws so I had to drill enough through the tool box to use the heavy duty screw. I'm not concerned about bending the truck rail or the plastic rail cover.
