It's only been a few days, but I can't stop hacking and hacking! Still have to play with the technique because my cucumber slices are crooked. Cleaning is a breeze and the selling price couldn't be better.

I have made venison 4 times with this machine. I set the max temperature to 158 and the timer to 5 hours. I set another timer for 2-1/2 hours and turn the trays upside down. I also flip every single piece of jerky at this point. The beef jerky has been great every time. I also like that it turns off automatically when it's done. I think this is a great dehydrator, especially for the money.

I bought this special machine and it is the easiest and most efficient machine I have ever seen. As a result, the user does not have to worry about the bowls rotating from top to bottom in the middle of the process, as the fan distributes the air evenly throughout the volume. It has adjustable temperature settings so you can cook jerky, fruit, etc. without worrying about something not being fully cooked, which is especially important when you're dehydrating jerky.

I bought this to upgrade my first dehydrator and I kick myself for not upgrading sooner. Watched, watched, read reviews and finally made it! We received this a few months ago. Used a few times and great! Made from beef jerky, venison and chicken! I pulled it out yesterday and it started smoking and smelling like something was on fire. I am very happy with it. I must have used it daily for almost 3 weeks. I've been agitating the bowls every 2-3 hours to improve heat distribution, and for really watery foods like pineapple, I've also been agitating the pineapple chunks themselves after about 8 hours. The dehydrator worked well. a little slow drying and uneven drying. I've used it for fruit, but mainly for ground beef. I've used it a total of 5 times. It took 11-12 hours to dry 5 pounds of ground beef. kinda slow. but it worked. until the last time I used it.
