Perfect match for my 2002 Silverado 1500 5.3L V8. Be sure to remove the very small o-ring on most of the inside before fitting the new regulator. If you do this very carefully and correctly, the work should take about 15 minutes. I bought a cheaper one first and it was completely out of spec. Things went very well in Delhi when there was enough pressure. This is the part you definitely don't want to skimp on.

This regulator does not sit flush in the rail like the original, even though it was supposed to fit my truck. I believe they sent an incorrectly packaged and incorrectly labeled part. Purchased for a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3L VIN T with the following codes: P0300 Random/Multiple Misfires, P0172 System Too Rich Bank 1, P0175 System Too Rich Bank 2 Rough idle, difficult starting, delayed start and jet black smoke from the exhaust .
