Simple assembly although the instructions are rather vague and difficult to understand as there are no markings on each component. I was hoping that a 50 mile range would result in more local channels being available, but it really depends on where you live and where you place the antenna. Good indoor antenna!

This indoor TV antenna does the job perfectly. at the window with bad reception. So I was able to install it, I also have pictures below of programming my TV with an antenna. Number 1, you need to install it on the TV antenna screw on the back. You then need to use the supplied USB cable, connect it to the small rectangular control box on the antenna cable and then plug the USB part into a USB port on your TV or if you don't have USB ports. On your TV, you can connect the USB connector to…

Pros
  • 16 FT LONG CABLE
Cons
  • Cable shorter than others

I was looking for an antenna that would receive Channel 2 in the Chicago (CBS) area and there are about 4 out of 5 that I have have tried . Most of them have ABC, NBC and a few other stations but I thought I'd give it another try and almost fell over when I scanned and saw that 2.1 showed up. 2.1 is the digital channel for channel 2. I live in Chicago's Southwest suburbs - in the Naperville/Plainfield/Bolingbrook area and have read other reviews from people who have had the same problems as me.
