Boom Mat is excellent insulation and soundproofing for our Jeep Wranglers! Have tried others but the Boom rug is the best! You get what you pay for! Highly recommended!

These units work but they don't have a rigid back wall so they are flexible and can clump together during installation. Difficult to get straight edges due to the bend. It would be better if he was hard as hothead. Good foam, like I said, they work.

It's exactly half an inch thick not 1.5 as the description says, I feel cheated and am sending it back asap. Foam is like cheap packing material, like the stuff you find in a trash can.

Lists! I installed these DEI Boom Mats in my new JK Wrangler and to be honest I'm REALLY impressed! I can literally "whisper" in a jeep driving down the street. Get the WHOLE set, it's GREAT! I will never own a Wrangler without these DEI Boom Mats!

Unlike the roof panels, they were more difficult to install and stretched a bit during installation, so they were longer than the area they needed to fit. They ended up being used as if crumpled. I doubt how good these little pieces are. If I had to redo I would only do parts of the roof.

I've had them installed for about 8 months, warm summers and fairly cold winter months and I'm very happy with them. The difference to the built-in ceiling panels is big, the rolling noise is significantly lower and the temperature in the jeep is easier to control. Rear-seat passengers are less likely to complain that it's too hot or too cold, or that they can't understand a conversation. I recommend the complete kit, window frames and ceiling tiles.
