Great for money. Built for harsh environments.

Most 'new' Bassbots have foam stuffed everywhere and everywhere you can squeeze them. It's not difficult at all, you just need a good multi-tool (vibratory sander/cutter) and the foam is easy to cut. Easy installation and great results

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Almost never

Best addition to my Bass Boat

If you spend 8 hours a day tournament fishing, this rest will keep your feet level. You won't have one leg to carry all the weight. My back also feels great during two-day tournaments. Do your back a favor if you haven't already installed it on your front deck and you won't regret it!

Good but dented

Great product but mine also had a slight dent on the edge like everyone else so I guess they sell defective ones here but they can bend it back and are quite strong. They don't come with a drain hose, so you may have to do what I did and connect a hose to it, which isn't too difficult.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Working speed

A solid tray with a beautiful finish.

We were renovating an aluminum perch boat and decided to add a tray for a trolling motor shift pedal. A huge difference when "drowned" in the deck. Less foot strain, no searching and less risk of tripping. Fasteners are not included so we used #8 stainless steel sheet metal screws to attach it to the plywood deck.

Pros
  • Outstanding Overall Performance
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Good quality and great price

This pan has no folded corners looks good overall Template would be good no drain as described but can do it myself welds are a bit thick I hope that this sits flush on the deck but I think I'll have to sand it down a bit but for the price this is a good pan. If you've studied all the other pans, then this one costs half as much or even more. I haven't installed it yet, I'll let you know later.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • So-so

Tablet corners are curved.

I ordered the first tray and it arrived with the corners folded 2/4. The tray was not flush with the deck. I ordered a replacement and it had 1/4 corners bent. I took my vise and bent the corner so that the edge of the tray was flush. The photo shows a folded corner. It's noticeable, but not too much of a problem. I think the price is right if you are willing to accept the possibility of doglegs. Installation went smoothly on my boat. I am satisfied with the result of the project.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • High price

Totally dissatisfied with this purchase.

The item arrived with a bent corner, although the shipping container was not externally damaged. There are no instructions or template to cut a hole in my deck. For something important, like cutting a hole in a deck, you might think that at least a template is included. I'll take care of it, but you have a chance and you better not screw it up. Also some basic instructions ie. what size screw to use to attach it to the deck. Again, I'll try it. I'm pretty smart, but someone else might not have…

Drain hole solution

Hi folks, as you may have read, no drain nipple is included. Just a 1/2 inch hole. I went through many different solutions in my head but found this to be the safest and most durable option. First you need to get a fitting that is a 1/2" x 1/2" MNPT elbow. Brass. Threaded side and toothed side. First I drilled a hole to widen it a bit until my threading seemed sufficient. Attach a vise to the fitting and apply pressure as you turn. forced start. You may need to drill a few times to get the…
