High Quality Drill Bit

This combination of countersinks and drill bits is perfect for pre-drilling decking or any project where you are on the edge of a cliff and want to split the plank. There is quality. Very happy with this purchase.

simply good. I like big embossed cuts.

Just great. I like the large embossed cutouts to allow chips to pass and not clog. But it's better than I can find in Ace or True Value. It's 6 years old and still sharper than some of the newer brands like the FTG I just bought which is boring when new.

It's not working well for me.

Of course I'm an amateur. But I've used countersinks with Vermont American before. Very good but they are worn out and the set screw on one of them has frozen. I bought this Dewalt without reservation. Everything I buy from Dewalt is of the highest quality. I replace them with Vermont American after one use! Immediately I saw the vibration of the drill bit in the drill press. Less wobble when using a drill shank instead of a hex shank. The hole will not be accurate with wobble (more than I…
