The Best Right Now!: Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I was wondering how they would work and for how long. You have incredibly exceeded my expectations! I am in no way affiliated with DeWalt and receive no compensation for this review!

Pros
  • Great for a Small Home
Cons
  • Something Different

Brushless jigsaw "DEWALT "

Purchase for cutting laminate worktops. However, I have found that it does not fit my "DEWALT" brushless jigsaw as it has no notch to snap onto the saw and you can feel it when you start sawing. When buying, make sure it fits your jigsaw.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Requires socket

Professional results, absolutely smooth.

oh my god I just used them for the first time and it looks like I cut them with a knife and not a jigsaw. The cut is absolutely smooth and professional. If you're an amateur like me, draw a line and cut off part of the area that ends up as a drop as a test so you can get a feel for what you need to do to follow the line, but wow, me am sold on this product.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • crumpled

Great blades for cutting laminate countertops

I read a few reviews before purchasing these blades and decided on them. They had absolutely no problem cutting a standard laminate countertop without leaving a mark. I used my saw on very low settings which took longer but it looked GREAT! I even tried cutting off a part at high speed and still had no problems. Remember, slow and steady wins the race!

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Safety

Great, but FYI the wide shank doesn't fit all brands.

. However, they are slightly wider at the shaft and will not fit my corded Milwaukee jigsaw. Luckily I had a Craftsman cordless jigsaw that fit and worked well. I used them to cut a sink hole in a laminated vanity top and they worked really well. For experimentation I even made the cut without masking tape to see if the laminate would chip and as long as you maintain speed and don't push the saw too fast the cuts come out very clean. Disadvantages: too many blades for the do-it-yourselfer…

Pros
  • . The delivery was very fast.
Cons
  • . Fits

Will not work with the new Dewalt DCS334 XR cordless jigsaw

EDIT: Updated to 5 stars. Stupid, I bought incompatible blades, no blades are to blame. Original post: I don't know if the handles are plastic but they just fall out of my new Dewalt jigsaw. They have a plastic coating on the handle, maybe that's why? Open the clamping mechanism, but insert the blade as far as possible before clamping. Grab the blade with your fingers and it will slide out. Will not penetrate 1/2 inch into laminate before laying on floor. If anyone thinks I'm doing something…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember
