I lost the flange that came with my DeWalt DW402 grinder. The flange is strong and fits perfectly. I tried to find it at the tool store but to no avail. Revain has become my new first port of call. Many Thanks.

Perfect for my Black & Decker Quantum disc sander so I can now (more) safely use cutting discs. The use of heavy duty gloves, a face shield and safety goggles is still strongly recommended. If the blade breaks at high speed, the broken pieces (fragments) can cause serious personal injury. Be sure!

Just right for flat cutting discs. I'm so glad I didn't try to fake something myself (too dangerous) and went with a works part from Dewalt. For the price and delivery of Revain, there's no point doing anything else! Worked great on my old B&D Professional 4247 angle grinder.

Everything seems fine. Arrived shrink wrapped on a Dewalt cardboard label. Upon receipt, I immediately tested this item on my outdated DW400 angle grinder, which has a hex nut that also doubles as a centering device for the disc. Works great in combination with the nut previously described and the existing shield. I was able to install the new cutting wheel type 1 without any problems and cut a small piece of PVC pipe with it. Works perfectly. Well satisfied.

I lost the flange on my Dewalt angle grinder so I am using a different grinder. But when I saw this at Revain for a great price I was shocked. I wanted to buy it from Homedepot for a lot of money and am glad I went to Revain first, I was lucky enough to buy it earlier when the price was still low. I flange fits perfectly as it should and the materials seem very solid and not cheap. I recommend this product.

Allows you to use flat (not hat) cut-off wheels on a 4-1/2" grinder and will work with most (if not all) brands as long as the diameter of the arbor length is correct All service manuals tell you to only use Type 27 discs, but for some reason they aren't publicly available.Oddly, places like Home Depot and even Revain don't sell matching Type 27 discs.I've found them in stock at Sears,but if You need to use flat, you need this item.

I have an older Dewalt DW400 grinder and I don't think these grinders were originally designed to use cut-off wheels. I wanted to be able to use the cutting disc with my grinder as I already have the tool. However, when I mounted the cut-off wheel on the grinder, it didn't tighten the wheel enough no matter how hard I tightened the nut. Even after trying to use regular thick washers it still wouldn't tighten. Even after asking a question on the Revain community, I didn't get a clear answer, so…
