Great little set. Used to drill some new holes in the straps after weight loss. Easy to use, just make sure you use soft wood or something similar under the item you are punching.

I buy these tools to punch different sized handles in leather for projects I have done with a critical cutting machine. They're lightweight, easy to use, and the holes come out perfectly every time you use them.

Only needed one size to allow 6-32 bolts to go through 2 very thick layers of velcro plastic alternator cover. Make sure you have a soft piece of wood that will absorb the cutting edge without ruining the tool. Bottom line: I saved $70-$100 on a new lid!

Considering all of these 10 sets cost the same as a "Quality" (like Osborne) it's hard to be too critical of them. They should work well with light use, which is about all I would expect from a tool kit in this price range. I had to deburr all the large ones (the smallest ones would require a smaller device to clean) before using them.

I used three different sized hole punches to add holes on 6 ribbons. The holes were cut cleanly, on one strap they were cleaner than the original factory strap holes. Some belts need oval holes and for that I just punch a second time with a slight offset. Not that clean but good. I followed another reviewer's recommendation and placed the plank under the straps on the cement patio floor. It worked very well.
