Think IT geniuses can make this thing work? I'm not a mannequin, but this thing comes with no instructions. The included disc does not play automatically and if you find the .exe file you will see virus warnings on your computer. When you email the seller they say that all of this can be fixed by allowing the seller from another country to control your computer remotely. Truth? The program itself is great. However, I'm giving this review four stars instead of five because of the poor video instructions for downloading the software. Luckily, a kind reviewer carefully took the time to transcribe the video and jot down the typed step-by-step instructions. I followed this procedure and installed the program in about an hour.
