🔧 Semi-Automatic Adhesive Dispenser Controller for Efficient Operations Review

Using this Industrial and Scientific dispenser left us frustrated and incurring extra costs. Our team found that the semi-automatic functions were unreliable, resulting in inconsistency and reduced quality of our adhesive applications. While the dispenser was easy to set up, it failed to deliver consistent performance, resulting in more manual work and time spent cleaning up spills.

Failed to load media. Heated the end of the included hose and connected the existing manifold quick connector that came with my gray airbrush to a 600 heat gun placing the hose over it for about 10 seconds. It's the perfect fit. Without heating, the hose will not be plugged onto the male end. Haven't used the car yet. I'm still figuring out how to remove the part that pushes the product down. They are rated for 120v (most aren't) and seem to be well made internally (proper grounding, they include fuses which I have checked and they have true 120v transformers instead of 240 with center tap and extra flying around Wire). ).
