Cheap materials, plastic will soften in less than 1 year. O-rings are missing. Replaced with another unit with a metal bracket and metal spin-on filter assembly that is a much better quality and easy to find replacement. Should have bought better beforehand.

I installed this filter on my perch because sometimes water got into the fuel tank vent tube. I am currently using 91hp 120hp. with an octane rating of 93 and a two-stroke block mixture. Worked well for the first year. When I received it this year, I then noticed that the clear plastic bowl was very soft and all the o-rings were swollen. It's so soft I can squeeze the bowl into a tight oval. No cracks. Lol the plastic filter housing (black top) was still in good condition and not leaking…

I installed this product two weeks after receiving it. The following week, one of the products looked wrong. It had a cloudy appearance and what appeared to be a crack. It's not a leak. The plastic shell is now very soft. I contacted the supplier and he did not reply. Called again a week later, no answer. Now Revane says I passed my window to go back. I am dissatisfied, but I do not recommend the product or the supplier. I'm not sure how to contact Revain to resolve the issue. I need to buy new
