Disappointing Connectivity Solution

Automotive accessories are supposed to make our lives easier but based on my experience with this connector, it has only caused anxiety. Although the design seems sturdy, the wiring is unreliable and caused my trailer to lose power in the middle of the highway. The only positive thing about this product is that it was easy to install. However, one pro doesn't outweigh a con that puts my safety at risk.

Excellent service for outdoor accessories

I was very impressed and happy with the purchase of this item. I had a question about the role and the E staff answered me almost immediately.

Easy Install - Hardware

Fits directly onto my 2014 Ram 3500 OEM trailer plug. Grab the bumper, pull out the old one with two small clips, press with your fingers, snap into place, done in 2 minutes works great.
