Great fit for my Jeep 97

I bought 2 of these pedal covers for my Jeep TJ 97 where the brake and clutch pedals were worn down to metal. Took me 2 minutes to install them and they look amazing. I would happily buy them again if I ever need them. worth a good $6.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

A bit smelly but works well!

Wow! Works great, fits. Sombitch stinks a bit (heavy oily asphalt smell with a hint of wet gravel) probably because it was a cheap Chinese product, but it seems to work fine. There is no smell from the driver's seat, maybe the smell will fade over time. Act!

Pros
  • Build quality
Cons
  • Can't remember

I checked back about the first one and they just reissued this one but like I said in the first note THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT BRAKE PEDAL PAD FOR A 1997 JEEP WRANGLER. Not crazy I was just hoping that someone would wake up and actually read it if I capitalized it.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Null

Not for intensive use of the clutch pedal!

I do not recommend buying this product, the rubber is very very very soft. In less than a month I had already worn out the seal. The stock clutch pedal pad lasted at least a year (I bought a used truck a year ago so not sure how long it was in before that!) Not worth $6 if it works on the clutch pedal.

Glides straight ahead easily. Perfect replacement for

Same as stock clutch facing. I have a 2000 Jeep and it was terrible because it was very worn when I got it and fell off after a few months. If my boots were wet from rain or snow, my foot would slip off the clutch. When I finally got a replacement, I was so relieved the clutch stopped slipping. Ideal replacement

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons

Looks and feels like an OEM product! In line with expectations.

I bought two Dorman 20780 pedal covers for my '00 TJ. I've been using them for a week and so far I like them. They look like OEM pedal covers and feel solid and secure. 20780 fits both my clutch pedal and my brake pedal. (After installation, make sure all rubber tabs are over the edge of the pedal. It must be put on first.)

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Expensive

Second time I bought this. (It's good)

This is my second time buying this product. The first was my very worn out clutch pedal. Worked great for that. After about a year my brake pedal pads were completely worn out. It fits perfectly and was very easy to assemble. Just take the old one off and put this one on. The easiest way was to start on one side and then stretch the rest over the pedal. Then run your hands over the back to make sure it's fully inserted. You should feel rubber ridges sticking out of the metal on all four sides…

Pros

Cons
