I bought this for a '98 Nissan Frontier. When I received this product all the hardware could move freely in the box. Two tailgate bolts were missing and to make matters worse the cables were of different lengths. I think this one missed QC

Works as advertised. Perfect fit for my 2002 Nissan Frontier. I had to ask my wife to raise the tailgate a bit while I screwed in the bolt, but that was because the old wiring on either side was completely rusted. Excellent purchase

Fits great. Very easy to install. Looks very durable. I only used 1 piece because that side strap was worn out but the other side is still fine. I'm keeping another new one in case it can be swapped out later on the side that's worn out and needs it. For the price this is a great product. Very durable and strong looking. I would recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Perfect for 1999 Nissan Frontier XE V6 4x4 with 5 Speed Manual Transmission. After a few decades, the original tailgate support cables snapped and corroded to the point where they failed, allowing the tailgate to make contact with the bumper. They are very easy to install; I would suggest watching a short video on how to uninstall the old ones and install this one.
