Awesome fuel system security

Dorman's fuel pump lock is one of the best products I've come across in the automotive world. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can assure anyone who's skeptical that this product is worth every penny. It's an excellent addition to any car's fuel system if security is high on your priority list. The installation was a breeze, and I appreciate the added sense of security it provides. The only downside is the price, which may be a bit steep for some buyers. Overall, a must-have for any

Working but requires modification

This product does not look like a Ford retaining ring. The tabs are at the top and elsewhere. To connect the electrical connector, you need to bend down one of the tabs.

Retaining ring seemed fine and would probably work fine

I have a '92 Ford Bronco and this part was listed as compatible with my vehicle. The circlip seemed fine and would probably work fine, the problem was the seal/O-ring was too big. I didn't notice it during installation, but because the gasket was too big, a small portion of it was crumpled and flattened in one spot, creating an air gap. I installed this and started filling up at the local gas station resulting in a few gallons of gas spilling on the ground and a trail of a few miles to my house
