Missing for Air Conditioning Tools and Equipment

These pumps have a history of failing in the vehicles they were originally installed in. This particular replacement pump didn't last a year before it got stuck. Expected to last much longer than 10,000 miles.

Pump failure is best in A/C line repair tools

I installed the pump around 05/17/13. This fixed my problem, hard continuous braking, but after 4 months I can hear the pump chirping and hard continuous braking. When I checked the return policy it ended on 08/15/13. So I ordered a new one from a different manufacturer.

Only driven 70 km

Dorman normally makes quality parts but the one I came across turned out to be defective. It only lasted 70 miles before completely falling apart. I received a refund and sent the part back with no problems. Inconvenient but eventually fixed

I installed this pump on my truck and after three months it failed. The seller wouldn't support it because it had passed its return deadline. I cannot recommend this pump. Didn't last long enough to justify the purchase price. Get one from someone behind it. Worth the extra money you may have to pay. This part was and still is garbage.
