works but tank should be empty

This product has finally fixed the trouble code which was the result of a cracked filler neck which seems to be common on XL Envoy and Trailblazer models that I have come across on each way tried. try to seal this vacuum leak. gratitude

Fixes Code P0442

The leak that was causing code P0442 since 2011 has been fixed. So before you change anything else, make sure it's fixed. And the black rubber seal is in there. I have also used silicone to make external fuel compatible seals. Now there is no seat.

When I installed the fuel tank and fuel pump removal item, the gasket did not fit properly even though I followed the instructions exactly. I called Dorman Technical Support and was told that the instructions that came with my kit (2016 revision) were incorrect and had been updated to the 2018 revision, completely changing the rubber grommet location.
