Appears to be of normal quality. But it broke. I can still use it but there is a cable I can't adjust. I am wondering how to contact the seller to send a replacement. Or should I return the original item? I'm not sure if it's worth the shipping weight so sending it back.

I bought two of these arms to use as quilt hangers when working on large pieces and I'm so happy! They are very durable and well made. I made my own short bungee clips to attach to the quilt and was up and running in 30 minutes. Much easier than putting I-bolts in my ceiling.

This durable item would look great on my kitchen island when grooming my little Yorkies. The only problem was that the clamp screw was missing, but not due to a company error. The package was torn open at one corner and the bolt is said to have come loose. It's a delivery problem. My husband was able to find a replacement while I wait for a replacement bolt from the company.

This product is really a great tool for beginners! It attaches securely to any table and is easily adjustable. However, if you have a large wobbly dog on your grooming table, expect the clamp to slip a bit. I never dropped it, but it moved a little. Also, the nut on top holding the loop hook comes off VERY quickly and falls off immediately, causing the loop to fall off your hand, which can be dangerous when dealing with a high table. this is durable. I clip it to the edge of the kitchen table and put my dog on the table next to it. I need another person to take care of my dog because while I put my head down and trim him he uses me and tries to avoid. She did it once when I tried it alone and she snatched her hand off the counter, luckily without hurting herself. So I will use it when I have an assistant. The product arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. I have a table on the outside that has a rough finish and can hold about 2/3 the depth of the clamps and it seems very strong and sturdy!
