The ability to see where things are going wrong right away is great! We have been able to identify issues with our customer's data very quickly which means we're getting them resolved much quicker than if we didn't know about them. The software is very easy to use for new clients or contractors who may be unfamiliar with construction bidding practices within DCA rules (as I am). You have an option of submitting electronic bids only which helps keep track all submittals at once instead many emails back-and forth!
