2010 5.0 Land Rover LR4. Works well. Install injectors. Some were heavier, some lighter. OG tool maybe easier but not worth the money in my opinion for one time use

There is a small ball and spring as a retainer that fell out easily and nearly got into the hole in my spark plug. Throw out the spring and ball and then used the tool with no problem. The injectors were hard to get out but I think it has to do with the DI.

Falling apart with use. A little flaring off the side pin with a sledgehammer helped a lot. Went like clockwork. And for the price, I could get the job done. And fast delivery. Most would give 4 stars, but because of this tool and timing tool kit, totaling less than $100 for dedicated tools, I was able to get 25-30 hours of work done for a priceless flat rate and paid myself 10x more. great product

Didn't work properly. The tool wouldn't hold the nozzle and kept popping out. When the sleeve is in the closed position the two tabs should fit snugly against the nozzle but they don't, surprisingly it didn't damage the nozzles. Definitely no worse than the original. Just for the record, I've been a Jaguar technician for 16 years, a factory tool or a quality non-factory tool purchased from Matco or Snap On is definitely better than this tool. Don't waste your time.

This tool is a reproduction of an OEM style tool and it's decent enough. My jets were too stuck to pull out, the jaw started to deform where it grabs the jets and the collar kept popping out so I had to clamp it with a couple of vises. In general, my problem is not with this product, but with the general design principle in general. It doesn't have enough mass and travel to really pull them. I'll keep it in my box and try next time, but overall I'd say the quality is lacking.

This tool is meant to fit over the end of the injector so that the crease goes up when it snaps into place. There is a gap in the collet that allows the plastic part of the nozzle to slip into this gap. The tool I received was bent 90 degrees out of phase, so the only way to use it is to rotate it 90 degrees left or right. I did this and when I removed my first nozzle they bent. An invaluable tool. It works well and I don't think it's possible to remove the injectors from a Range Rover without it. The injectors on these vehicles are very difficult to pull out, so patience is required. My complaints about this tool are that I would like it to be longer or come with an adapter to increase the stroke of the slide hammer or add weight to the hammer.
