Unreliable and Unsafe Drawbar

As an automotive enthusiast, I was quite disappointed with this drawbar. As a result of using this product, I found that it constantly wobbles and shakes while towing. This made me nervous and gave me a sense of insecurity while driving. The only advantage of this product is its price. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone who values safety on the road.

Pros
  • Strong and durable construction provides a reliable towing experience
Cons
  • Not compatible with all vehicles due to specific size and weight limitations

Poor delivery of exterior accessories

Very poor support from manufacturer. The item is being shipped direct from the manufacturer which included the wrong installation kit (the correct item is listed on the invoice so it's not the seller's fault). The manufacturer refused to fix the problem and sent me back to the seller who could only fix it by returning the complete clutch. Basically just a waste of time.

Pros
  • clutches
Cons
  • tape

Disappointed: Tow Bar

I have had very good experiences with similar products in the past where they designed the hitch to use the existing hitch support holes. A hole must be drilled for each fastener in this design. I wasn't worried as I had previously done the type of work required. The first hole that the instructions tell you to drill is through the drain plug. The drain plug is a rubber bushing about 1 inch in diameter. From now on, the instructions will tell you to line up all the other holes. The hole is too…

Pros
  • External Accessory
Cons
  • Annoyed
