I bought these to sand down some small corners of cabinet doors. Worn to zero on a door. I slowed down and used the second slightly, it wore out. I just used a medium brush and got the best results.

I ordered them to sand parts as shown on the product page. But the coarser piece took about 5 minutes and the finer piece took about 2. So technically it worked, but I didn't have to order 30 pieces for a fairly small project.

I do not recommend this product nor do many others who have reviewed it. I used this on some chair dowels for about 2 minutes and all my fingers broke without much pressure. This is an absolute waste of money and absolute rubbish! They should be removed from Amazon, they are so bad!

I am amazed that I was able to sand the entire cast (aluminum) and steel drag mechanism with a single 36 grit Dremel micro-flap sander. In my use, the remaining diameter is almost the same as a new brush wheel. The 36 grit brush had no problems with either steel or aluminum - even in the casting - and lasted much longer than Dremel's OEM wire brushes. and bumps along with an advance in distance and lifespan.
