Undesirable - do not buy this

Zero stars. I bought these 1/2" drive extensions to remove the anode from a water heater. Photos say it all. All 3 extensions failed on first use. The 3" cut right into a 1 1/16 socket, and if you look closely at the ends of the 6" and 8" extensions you will see that they, too, are about a ratchet away from being completely cut in half. The anode wouldn't budge with 350 ft-lbs of torque applied with an impact wrench, so I lengthened the ratchet handle with 5-foot pipe to achieve these results…

This is a supplementary set and it absolutely expands in the 3 indicated distances. Worked as expected and arrived quickly. (:

Fortunately, there is not much to say about the equipment. I needed an extension to tighten the nuts without scratching the rims on my car. Lo and behold, it does exactly what I need. Good buy!

I don't know what happened here, but Revane.

I'm not sure what happened here, but Revain and the packaging description are wrong. I bought this because I needed a 1/2" extension for an impact wrench, but when I tried to attach it it didn't fit. The size appears to be 3/8". Maybe the factory got it wrong.

Junk - don't buy this
