Description of DROK 110V 220V Converter Adjustable Transformer

【Voltage Adjustment】Input voltage range is AC 110-220V. Output voltage range is DC 0-48V and fully adjustable. The voltage meter is 0.1v precision. But no matter how many Volts the voltage is adjusted, the current is 10A and not adjustable, the actual current is determined by the load. Make sure to use it for devices with current below 10A, but don’t use it for devices over 10A. 【Digital Display】The nice LED display of this universal adapter shows a real-time voltage, which makes it more convenient to adjust the output voltage. 【Smart Cooling Fan】Equipped with temperature control cooling fan: it will automatically operate when the power converter gets hot with low noise. 【Various Protection Function】Over load protection, over voltage protection, short circuit protection, which will protect your load well. NOTE: It’s default 220V, before using, please select the input voltage 110V/220V according to your local voltage, to avoid being damaged, switch is at the right side of it. 【Multiple-purpose Switching Power Supply】Mainly used for a variety of DC equipment, DC motor stepless speed regulation, LED stepless dimming, chemical electrolysis and plating speed regulation, research and testing, student experiment and so on. Also works great for a CNC project, radio, LED strips.

Works well for amateur radio!

Excellent value for money power supply. I use it to power my ham radio and am concerned it will be noisy. I had no adverse effects on the noise floor at HAM frequencies in the HF, VHF, or UHF bands. Was it worth the money. However, I would like it to use a screwdriver voltage adjustment. Knowledge is too easy to bump and change, so be careful. Without this problem it would have been 5 stars.

Pros
  • beautiful thing
Cons
  • Clarity

This power supply does what it is supposed to, but.

I really like this power supply. I bought this to power a 5v to 12v led strip and it works great for setting a wide range of voltages with a decent load. The only thing I don't like is the position of the on/off switch. It's as simple as turning it on when it's on and lowering the voltage or maybe raising the voltage. I fixed it by removing the handle and putting a plastic cover over it.

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Great little power supply.

This power supply saved me when my tool power supply died. I couldn't find a replacement but this was the perfect fit! Also, I can use it for multiple items because you can easily change the tension. The only downside is that the dial's sensitivity is a bit high, but once you've set it up you should be fine. happy camper.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • New Competitors

Clear enough to use with sound

I'm always a bit hesitant to use SMPs with sound. In some cases, the switching frequency is in the audible range, or the output filtering is insufficient, or both. Not so with this device. It's clean enough to power a TPA3255 based amplifier. No switching frequency. oozes into the tone and plenty of juice to spice up the amp. It's about half a volt off, at least according to my voltmeter. So I dial it only about half a volt above the target voltage. It's not as easy to set the voltage…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • So-so

Completely mislabeled and almost damaged unit

I bought this power supply to replace another 48V 10A power supply that was dying. Since this has a variable voltage output, I decided to plug it into an outlet separately first rather than plugging directly into the $3,000 car I was renovating. Thank the electric gods I made it! For those of you familiar with these types of power supplies, the connectors themselves are usually marked with engraving on the metal case. However, there was a sticker for this power supply. The sticker was applied…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Works great as a charger if you know what you're doing.

I bought this adapter to desulphate and balance car batteries every 6 months. I installed an ammeter with a shunt because you want to do it with as little effort as possible to avoid heating up the battery. What I do is measure the voltage of the battery and set the power supply to the same voltage to avoid power surges that could damage the power supply. After that I connect + to + and - to - from the PSU to the battery. I start increasing the voltage until I see about 3 amps on the ammeter…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
