MISSING PARTS! for fuel pumps and accessories

The fuel filter was listed as an included item but not included so either the description was wrong or they forgot to include the fuel filter in the kit.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Expensive

Don't go cheap. Throws out codes

It came out cheap. now gives an incorrect fuel level reading code. I suspect it's a BAD transmission device or it's stuck at the high end. It only happens when I fill up. don't be cheap

This is a fuel transfer pump

I don't know why this pump got bad reviews. This is a fuel pump that has done two things throughout its existence. Sitting in the gasoline, pumping it up the fuel rail. It's virtually identical in materials to my stock Mopar fuel pump that failed at 180,000 miles. As for the early failures, I think it has to do with the way the ground wire is installed on the negative terminal. I understand why it was done that way, but I soldered it for reassurance.

Pros
  • Fuel pumps and accessories
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Aftermarket issues

Be careful with this non-genuine part. I installed it on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. First, the connection didn't match the top of the assembly. I had to file the plastic to attach the clip. Also, I installed it right out of the box and when the car was turned on it sneezed and caused an engine check, there was a very rough idle. Removed the fuel tank again and took this assembly out, the black wire in the photo was loose which I think was the problem. Came back and got an OEM pump.

Pros
  • Fuel system
Cons
  • Not as good as it says
