I bought this camera for $20 so I knew what to expect at Nvidia Broadcast the camera quality drops to 1080p. I wouldn't recommend streaming, but for any meeting or class it gets the job done.

Picture looks good but flickers. A little research shows this camera is set to 50Hz (like in Europe) but in the US our lights use 60Hz. Can be ok with natural light but flickering indoor lights made it unsuitable for me. Too bad the price is right.

I paid literally $4.05 for it and it was well worth it considering it was so cheap. the quality of the camera is very clear and takes about 30 frames per second

The camera is a cheaper design but comes with a protective case and mini stand which is nice. Immediately recognized by Windows and the resolution looks good. Cons: Bad color, cannot be customized. Poor performance in low light. Blue cast for the entire video. Horizontal image noise (60 Hz?) in bright areas. Found an Aukey camera for a bit more that had NONE of these issues.

The good news is that you can literally just plug in your MacBook and then select it as your camera source. There is no software to download or install. The bad news is that using the built-in camera on a MacBook is much better. I was hoping that this camera, with its higher resolution, would provide a better image compared to the MacBook's camera. but resolution is not everything. Overall, the MacBook still offers a much better picture.
