Worked great for fasteners

My amateur upholstery work on a 34 year old Stow & Davis chair. These brackets worked great. Sometimes even a 1/4 inch depth overlap was sufficient. If they can last another 34 years, I'll be thrilled.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • In progress

Not the best option when it comes to fasteners

Although this staple is labeled as a 3/8-inch crown, it's just a little shy and too narrow to fit in a stapler. I got my money back but it didn't work for me. Maybe it's a bad batch or something?

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Zero

I returned this item as instructed

I returned this item in a box with other Kohles suspenders. Other other braces have been enlisted - why not these. What Kohls missed shouldn't be my problem and, as I said, shouldn't be my fault.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I will say nothing

Fasten, repeat, repeat, repeat and fasten again.

Yes, these are staples. This is probably the best packaging I've ever seen for something that would be incredibly difficult to damage in transit! I use this in my Porter Cable US58 pad stapler that I bought. Not a single dropout due to 17 chairs that should have been covered.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • No

they work well with clips

Use for small woodwork and to refinish motorcycle seats. Haven't tried it on bikes yet, but it works well for small wood projects I do in my spare time. Since these are thin wire staples, you need to be careful when loading them. The tank valve can easily damage the end brackets when tightening, resulting in sticking or unloading. This applies to all branded staples of this size or similar. I'll post what I can, report and see how I go from there. So far, so good.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Available in white only
