Sometimes the smallest things make a big difference. We had a barn door installed in our bedroom. That is beautiful. But without this floor guide, the door will wobble and eventually detach at the top. Now it glides easily and comfortably at the base. Don't skimp on the details. You really can change the world.

Exactly what I was looking for! The floor brackets that came with my barn door hardware had to be bolted to the floor. I wouldn't have been able to do that with my wooden tile. It's perfect because it screws into the wall and is EXTREMELY strong! They were also easy to install and my door stayed in place. I'm SO glad I bought them.

Ideal for barn doors. This barely fits because our door is almost the same size as the opening and there needs to be a little overlap to route the door properly. The baseboard is slanted, so I had to place it close to the edge with longer screws. Prevents the bottom door from swaying if my idiot dog decides to push the door :)

Set screws are located along the center line and may cause the track to wobble even on a flat surface. The flat nuts under the guide were too big and didn't fit fully in the channel. Even if the guide is properly adjusted, tighten the nuts before going all the way to the back of the channel and pushing the guide up. A small change to a normal installation and everything worked fine.
