The fuel cell came in a heavy cardboard box. Packed was good, no dents, it's clear that it was made with high quality. The welds look good and that usually means they are good. The lid is difficult to open, I hope it gets easier after a while. Overall I think this is a good product.

No visible damage, one of the welds started leaking as soon as I put fuel in the tank. Now I have to spend hours uninstalling, repairing and reinstalling. Very dissatisfied with this product. Also, the cheap foam insert was over the fuel float, so that wouldn't have worked either. Complete garbage!

The welds are on fire, it had so many dimes on it I thought I'd get my money back and the lid is very easy to open. The AN nipples had really nice edges to keep the fuel line from slipping under high pressure. My biggest complaint is the ridiculous amount of packaging foam in the tank, but I think it was well intentioned as the item arrived without a single scratch.

This fuel cell has not been advertised. I bought it for a show car but it's not show quality. It is not polished to a "mirror chrome polished finish" or has the appearance of chrome and the hardware is not welded on. I sent this gas tank back without even taking it out of the box because as soon as I opened the case I could see that it was matt gray untreated aluminum. Not at all as advertised.
