So far so good.: Spares

I've been using them for about six months so far so good. Coupled with EBC rotors, can't really say I've noticed much of a difference in braking, but definitely less dust than a stock Toyota. There are no scripts either.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Not sure

Never had a problem with these brake pads. .

Never had a problem with these pads. I replaced the front brakes on my truck with these as well as rotors. I swapped out the rotors for slotted ones and had no problems. I will buy again if the brakes are worked on again.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

No better braking performance than OEM

. Needs to be replaced in one (12,000) year. Braking doesn't seem to be better than stock. Lots of dust as mentioned in other reviews. I think it wears down the surface of the pad quickly. OEM order from Revain for this brake job. Tried to buy, not made in China.

Pros
  • . Confident
Cons
  • . Modern

Always use EBC for brake pads

All the cars I've owned for years have been replaced with EBC pads. If you're using cheap replacement parts or even original pads, you don't know what you're missing out on! It could one day save your life or your car. For a while you will find yourself overbraking because you have much better grip. I don't consider a car mine until I know I can stop safely with green mass blocks.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Excellent as advertised

I installed them on the front and back of my 2008 Toyota 4Runner. They offer good braking power and almost no dust. Perhaps the best thing about these pads is the lack of dust. Also, I have always had great performance from EBC products. I immediately noticed a difference from the standard pads I replaced. If I had to do it again I would buy these pads with no regrets.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • A few small things

Not bad for the brake pads

My first experience with brakes on my truck. It stops, but I don't know if that's good stopping power for a truck. I've had sports cars with regular brake pads and I've been able to stop in an instant. Not sure if these pads are meant to stop harder but they do their job well. However, they leave behind a lot of brake dust. Before that I had regular OEM Toyota pads and never had brake dust. After a week they leave a layer of brake dust on your rims. When they need to be replaced I only use OEM…

so far so good works great

I have a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and have had to replace pads and rotors, my truck tends to deform rotors, I've done 3 sets and rolled over twice due to deformity which seems to be the case be a common problem with these trucks from what I've read on the forums. I bought EBC rotors (see my review on that) and these matching pads. People say they emit a lot of brake dust. From my 1000 mile experience I don't see anything better than my previous pads (Wenger mufflers). Disc brakes give off dust, don't

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Repair
